Clinical and research Tools to ensure quality service

I'm constructing this page as a place to keep the tools we currently use locally in Christchurch, Nationally within New Zealand and Internationally. These tools are necessary to  facilitate patient care the clinical pathway, to develop clinic audit and ensure best practice. I'm hoping other clinicians, vascular surgeons and phlebologists will find this page helpful.
